Recipe for Pancake made with cinnamon, dry fruits and nuts

ingredients
Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1 no
Butter - 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Nuts(chopped) - 1 tbsp
Dry fruits(chopped) - 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

1)Beat together egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon and butter with a whisk.

2)To this mixture, add flour.

3)Mix together dry fruits and nuts and keep aside.

4)Heat a nonstick pan.

5)Pour one full ladle of batter on the pan.

6)Spread 1 tsp of dry fruits and nuts mixture on top of this.

7)Cook both sides.

:- Serve hot.
